Indian telecom companies had earned a reputation for offering the fastest services and charging the lowest fees anywhere in the world. But the world is always changing. And the telco business which used to have many players once upon a time is beginning to charge more. The many players that were there have been whittled down to just two significant ones—effectively, a duopoly.
